Per 200g meat

  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper (white or black) ⅛ tsp
  • Light soy sauce ¼ tsp
  • Dark soy sauce ¼ tsp
  • Corn starch 2 tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Oil to coat, ½ tbsp
  • For beef add 2 tbsp water
