- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper (white or black) ⅛ tsp
- Light soy sauce ¼ tsp
- Dark soy sauce ¼ tsp
- Corn starch 2 tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Oil to coat, ½ tbsp
- For beef add 2 tbsp water
